Based upon the highly successful high-precision RV Series Cycloidal Gear Reducers, Nabtesco has many lines of precision gearheads to fit applications such as machine tools, position indexing, and high speed.
Series Types:
RS Series
- High performance, low profile Infinite Positioning Indexer
- Integrated main bearing allows for thrust load capacities up to 9,000kg
- Torque ratings up to 8,820 Nm
- Max output speeds up to 30 rpm
- Ratios from 100:1 to 240:1
- Very low backlash (1 arc minute or less)
- Pre-greased
- No maintenance
- Right angle motor mounting provides easy access and a low profile
RA Series
- Torque ratings up to 1,568 Nm at 15 rpm output speed
- Capable of high shock load 5 times the rated torque
- Allowable output speeds up to 75 rpm intermittent, 45 rpm continuous
- Low backlash, 1 arc minute
- Ratios from 80:1 to 171:1
- High torsional rigidity
- High torque density
- Large internal main bearings completely support heavy external loads
- Trouble free maintenance
- Compact design with fewer parts
- Available in two configurations:
- RA-EA: rotating case, output rotation is reverse direction of input
- RA-EC: Rotating shaft, output rotation is same direction as input
RD Series
- Torque ratings up to 3,136 Nm
- High shock load capability up to 5 times the rated torque
- Ratios from 81:1 to 258:1
- Allowable output speeds up to 100 rpm intermittent, 60 rpm continuous
- Available in standard in-line (RD-E) or hollow shaft (RD-C) types
- Very low backlash (1 arc minute)
- High torsional rigidity

- Large internal main bearings completely support heavy external loads
- Coupling and motor flange for easy motor mounting
- Pre-greased
GH Series
- Torque ratings up to 980 Nm
- High shock load capability up to 7 times the rated torque
