Mini Motor Servo Motors
R.M. Hoffman is Mini Motor's EXCLUSIVE distributor in California!
Servomotors feature brushless construction, Neodymium-Iron-Boron rotor magnets, and feedback with a 2 pole resolver. Units are available with up to two-stage planetary reduction and an electromagnetic brake.
BS Series: Servo Motors
- Brushless AC motor with NdFeB rotor magnets
- Safety circuit breaker
- Feedback with 2 pole resolver
- Available with 24 Vdc normally closed electromagnetic brake
- Maximum torque ratings up to 61.07 lb-in
- Rated speed of 4000 rpm
- Max output shaft load ratings of up to 27 lb axial, 112 lb normal
- Available with circular connectors or with cable clamps and pre-wired cables in the motor
- Totally enclosed
- IP65 protection (dust tight, protected against water jets)
- Class F windings rated for temperatures up to 311°F (155°C) in 104°F (40°C) ambient
- Reduced clearance bearings with special grease for high temperatures
- 230 Vac power supply

BSE Series: Servo Motors with Reducers
- BSE Series incorporates up-to 2 stages of planetary reduction
- 3:1, 4:1, or 7:1 ratios (9:1, 16:1, or 49:1 for 2-stage) available
- Torque output ratings up to 838.1 lb-in
- Hardened and tempered steel casing
- Self lubricating with special synthetic oil with additives for extreme pressures
- Special fluoridated rubber seal rings for high temperatures
- Max output shaft load ratings of up to 337 lb axial, 674 lb normal
- Output shaft support bearings for high torques and loads

- Digital driving gear for synchronous permanent magnet (brushless) servomotors
- Position, torque, and closed-loop speed control
- Position resolution of 0.1°
- Output current rating up to 6 A continuous, 15 A peak
