Scissor Lift

Medical application where we fit into many areas of restriction.

The challenge was to provide a cost effective lift method within low/high position parameters while providing stability. Moment loading is significant, therefore weight bearing capacity is important.

Medical environment dictates length and width restrictions and included use of existing cosmetics. Unique design enabled us to exceed requirements. Deliverable as an assembly to plug and play with motor and actuator.

“Standard” columns are generally used in this application. Cost and stability are issues that were dealt with. This design was to supplant vertical columns.

The Scissor Lift was a unique design with propriety features.
